We’re building something far more powerful than a solo mission:

We believe the act of founding should mirror our mission — rooted in equity, transparency, and collective strength.

About the Founding Circle

  • The Founding Circle is not a board in the traditional sense. It’s a collective of early contributors — people who believe in the vision of EVE and want to help bring it to life.

    We don’t use formal titles like President or Secretary here. Instead, we honor a different kind of leadership — one rooted in story-sharing, collaboration, and mutual support.

  • There are no official meetings, no voting requirements, and no paperwork. Just a shared belief that something sacred is forming — and a willingness to help it grow.

    Members of the Founding Circle may:

    • Offer input on ideas, tools, and future directions

    • Help refine our values, messaging, or outreach

    • Share their lived experience to guide the mission

    • Assist with behind-the-scenes work, like reviewing drafts or offering feedback

    • Cheerlead, spread the word, and co-create

  • EVE isn’t operating as a traditional nonprofit right now. That means we’re not required to form a legal board or adopt titles that don’t fit the spirit of our work.

    Instead, we’re choosing a flexible, trust-centered model — one that honors people not for their credentials, but for their courage and care.

    We are still accountable. Just not to an outdated system.

    We’re accountable to the voices we seek to uplift.
